About Michael Musgrave, CMI®

Michael Musgrave is a Certified Master Inspector® (CMI®), the highest designation in the home inspection industry. As a licensed Illinois home inspector, he follows the State of Illinois Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.

He works exclusively for the client’s best interest and does not perform repairs on properties he inspects, ensuring unbiased and objective reporting.
