1. The client must be present for the entire inspection.
2. If at the end of the inspection you are not totally satisfied, you owe us nothing. We will refund your money.
3. You will not receive a report from us for any of the findings, other benefits we offer, or any other guarantees.
4. We will then pay for an inspector of your choosing up to the cost of our inspection.

We are so confident in our inspectors and inspections that we will honor this guarantee. 
We do our best to be as thorough as possible and we want every client to be completely satisfied.
This guarantee will only be honored at the end of the inspection and is null and void after that time.
